Business Education Diploma Program
Participation in this program involves students in the development of both specialized and generic skills. Specialized skills include keyboarding and software applications unique to the business environment. Processing information (numeric and literal), report writing, and electronic communications are representative of the generic skills encouraged.
- A program is made up of eight (8) school based courses that serve to focus and develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of participants through experiences in a broad range of learning environments.
- Business/Computer credits may be applied toward Industrial Technology and Human Service Technology programs with the permission of the guidance counselor.
- The content of Computer Applications, credits may be combined under Information Systems Technology titles for credits under that program title.
